A more intimate setting, Board & Care homes have been modified and licensed to meet Title 22 California State regulations. A 24-hour care property that offers services and assistance such as bathing, dressing, medication management other forms of personal care. These smaller homes are particularly good for seniors who have special physical needs (Macular Degeneration, dementia, etc). Residents receive more one-on-one attention as there are typically not more than six seniors in the home.
